Tween Yoga Classes
For tween classes, we still play games (like "Yoga Jenga" and "Yoga Pick-Up Sticks"), practice partner and group poses, and work on mindful activities and breathing techniques to help maintain balance, focus, and a sense of calm ... but we also start to transition to an actual adult yoga class with longer flows and poses focused on specific body parts (poses aimed at opening the hips, strengthening the core, deepening flexibility, etc.).
Please Note:
Because I'm limiting the number of people who are coming into the studio at this time, all classes are drop off only (just my yogis are allowed inside the studio for now) ... so please be sure your kiddo will be comfortable taking a class with me by herself before signing her up. Also, since class sizes are small at this time to make social distancing easier, you must pre-register ... no drop-ins.
Before registering your child for a class, please take time to read over my studio's policies ...
Also ...
1. I'm continuing to offer a discount to families with siblings! First child = $14 per class, second (or more) child = $12 per class.
2. Feel free to use PayPal when registering for classes, but because they have raised their prices again, I now have to charge an administration fee.
