Tween Yoga Classes
For tween classes, we still play games (like "Yoga Jenga" and "Yoga Pick-Up Sticks"), practice partner and group poses, and work on mindful activities and breathing techniques to help maintain balance, focus, and a sense of calm ... but we also start to transition to an actual adult yoga class with longer flows and poses focused on specific body parts (poses aimed at opening the hips, strengthening the core, deepening flexibility, etc.).
Because I'm limiting the number of people who are coming into the studio at this time, all classes are drop off only (just my yogis are allowed in the studio for now). Also, since class sizes are small at this time to make social distancing easier (I am capping the Tween Yogis at 4 kids per class) you must pre-register ... no drop-ins.
Before registering your child up for a class, please take time to read over the new studio policies I've put into place to keep my yogis (and their families) as healthy and safe as I can during this time ...
