Starting July 2021
In order to keep all my yogis and their families healthy and safe during this time, I've tweaked my studio's policies. These will be changing as the world around us does, but for now ...
Because Indiana's guidelines have changed, I have relaxed social distancing for the most part, but really like the way it worked out with each kiddo having his/her own 3-foot, taped-off box on the floor during the past two years and will be keeping that policy in place.
Masks are now optional for all children, regardless of age.
All classes are drop off only. Since I closed the studio to parents during the pandemic, I have had zero discipline problems, zero interruptions, and zero distractions. I dig it. Sooo, we're going to keep this ball rolling. Please arrive on time for class and wait in your car until you see me unlock the studio door. At that time, your kiddo can walk in to the studio on her own (kids will no longer be able to hang out in the lobby before class starts). The same goes for dismissal ... please wait in your cars in the parking lot. When classes are over, I will stand at the door with the kids and watch them walk back to their cars.
Kids will continue having their own art supplies! In order to continue with our journaling time at the beginning of each class (annnd our crafting time) in a safe way, I bought school supply boxes and filled each one of them with individual packages of crayons, markers, colored pencils, scissors, and glue bottles so each yogi can have their own to use and keep at the studio.
No child will be allowed to attend class if they are displaying any symptoms of a cold or other illness. I trust my yoga families to be overly cautious and considerate during this time.
You must pre-register for all classes since I need to limit class size at this time ... no drop-ins.
