Will this be your child's first time at Just for Kids Yoga?
Every child who first signs up at JFK needs to have a New Yogi Enrollment Form on file. I've got some at the studio if you'd like to arrive a little early before the first class to fill one out there, or I have the link below if you would rather print it out at home and bring it in already finished. Your child CAN NOT participate without having this form filled out by you first. Thank you!
