Mini Yogis Classes
At this young age, it's all about moving our bodies with age-appropriate yoga poses combined with lots of silly music and storytelling (betcha didn't know you can act out any story with yoga!). We also love to play games with the parachute, practice walking on the balance beam to help us with our focus, and have free play with ribbon wands to stretch our bodies. The yoga obstacle course is also a favorite with these little ones ... because what's more fun than scarf juggling, walking across stepping stones balancing Beanie Babies on your head, or passing objects to your buddies with just your yoga toes?
And, even at this young age, we do spend some time in meditation (yes ... seriously!), do some breath work (which I cleverly disguise as play), and then calm our bodies at the end of class with a few quiet minutes in Savasana.

Please Note:
Because I'm limiting the number of people who are coming into the studio at this time, all classes are drop off only (just my yogis are allowed in the studio for now) ... so please be sure your kiddo will be comfortable taking a class with me by herself before signing her up. Also, since class sizes are small at this time to make social distancing easier (I am capping the Mini Yogis at 4 kids per class) you must pre-register ... no drop-ins.
Before registering your child up for a class, please take time to read over the new studio policies I've put into place to keep my yogis (and their families) as healthy and safe as I can during this time ...
