Big Kid Yogis Yoga Classes
At this age, we still do a lot with creative movement, fun games, acting out stories with yoga poses, and basic yoga poses, but we also start introducing yoga flowing sequences, partner and group poses, basic anatomy, and relaxation/breathing techniques to help kids learn how to center themselves in all types of situations on and off the mat.
This age also enjoys and benefits from doing mindful activities (like meditation glitter jars, stacking stones, or coloring mandalas) that help them feel in control, focused, and calm.

Please Note:
Because I'm limiting the number of people who are coming into the studio at this time, all classes are drop off only (just my yogis are allowed inside the studio for now) ... so please be sure your kiddo will be comfortable taking a class with me by herself before signing her up. Also, since class sizes are small at this time to make social distancing easier, you must pre-register ... no drop-ins.
Before registering your child for a class, please take time to read over my studio's policies ...
Also ...
1. I'm continuing to offer a discount to families with siblings! First child = $14 per class, second (or more) child = $12 per class.
2. Feel free to use PayPal when registering for classes, but because they have raised their prices again, I now have to charge an administration fee.
